Situated in Manila’s historic San Lazaro Tourism and Business Park, this 22-story integrated resort includes 128 rooms and suites, various dining options, premium entertainment venues, and a complete casino. To handle the high traffic, Winford upgraded from outdated POS systems that needed manual input to a fully automated platform that meets the technology standards of Newport World Resorts.

With InfoGenesis POS, dining transactions now connect directly and in real time to guest loyalty and reward data via seamless TRS integration. This enhances transaction speed, billing accuracy, and operational efficiency, providing a more streamlined experience for both guests and staff.
