Visa application volumes from the Philippines increased by about 8% year-on-year in 2025, reflecting a recovery in travelers’ confidence to visit global destinations. In 2025, Filipino travelers favored destinations such as Australia, Canada, Germany, Greece, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the UK, listed alphabetically.

The demand for personalised services that improve convenience for visa applicants remained a key trend in 2025 visa application patterns. Visa At Your Doorstep (VAYD), a service that enables applicants to complete their entire visa application from home or any preferred location, saw a notable 62% increase over the previous year.
