SilverDoor and Synergy have announced a unified senior leadership team, marking a major step in aligning the two serviced-accommodation specialists after their August merger and strengthening the group’s global capabilities.

 

SilverDoor and Synergy have unveiled their new joint leadership team, formalising the integration of both organisations following their merger in August. The appointments, which take effect immediately, reflect the group’s intention to build a stronger, more globally coordinated serviced-accommodation platform for corporate travel and mobility programmes.

All appointments are effective immediately; the leadership team for the newly merged business now comprises:

  • Chief Executive Officer – Stuart Winstone
  • Chief Operating Officer – Martin Klima 
  • Chief Commercial Officer – Claire Barrie
  • Chief Product Officer, Synergy by SilverDoor – Leslie O’Brien 
  • Chief Financial Officer – James Buckley

Notable promotions include:

  • SilverDoor’s Martin Klima is promoted from Chief Customer Officer to Chief Operating Officer for the combined business.
  • Synergy Global Housing’s Claire Barrie is promoted from EVP Commercial Operations at Synergy to Chief Commercial Officer for the combined business.
  • Synergy Global Housing’s Leslie O’Brien is promoted from EVP US Operations to Chief Product Officer, Synergy by SilverDoor.

According to both companies, these appointments are designed to align operational processes, commercial strategy and product development under a unified framework, positioning the merged organisation for an accelerated phase of international expansion.
