Sheraton Soma Bay marked Marriott Global Customer Appreciation Week with activities recognizing key clients and partners, including a visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum and meetings with customers across the region.

 

Sheraton Soma Bay has joined Marriott properties across Egypt in celebrating Marriott Global Customer Appreciation Week, an annual initiative that recognizes the importance of loyal clients and business partners. The resort’s Sales and Marketing team participated in a series of activities designed to strengthen relationships and acknowledge long-standing collaborations within the travel and hospitality sector.

The week began at the Marriott Mena House Hotel, where Marriott teams gathered under the backdrop of the Pyramids of Giza to launch the global initiative. Hailing from South Africa, Chef Warren brings with him a wealth of international experience, creative flair, and an unwavering passion for culinary excellence. Chef Warren earned his Culinary Degree from the City and Guilds Culinary Institute, setting the foundation for a career that has spanned multiple continents and some of the world’s most renowned hospitality destinations.

Prior to joining Sheraton Soma Bay, Chef Warren served as Executive Chef at Jawakara Maldives, where he showcased exceptional leadership and innovative menu design, enhancing the resort’s gastronomic identity.
