Radisson Hotel Group Strengthens Philippines Presence with Robust Pipeline and New Projects

Radisson Hotel Group is further expanding its footprint in the Philippines, a vital growth market in Southeast Asia-Pacific. 

The country now accounts for 35% of the Group’s regional expansion, underscoring its significance to the Group’s long-term plans and its optimistic outlook for the country’s tourism potential. 

It has signed Radisson Hotel and Serviced Apartments Clark, Philippines (opening in 2027 with 252 rooms), located in Clark, just seven km (about a 12-minute drive) from Clark International Airport. In Metro Manila, Park Inn by Radisson Fairview, Philippines (opening in 2028 with 151 rooms), will be in the Fairview neighborhood of Quezon City, the largest city in Metro Manila by population and land area. In Northern Luzon, Park Inn by Radisson Laoag, Philippines (opening in 2028 with 151 rooms), will be in the capital of Ilocos Norte, a destination known for its heritage and strong cultural identity.

Radisson Hotel Group currently manages seven hotels in the Philippines and has 18 more under development, showing ongoing growth in both established and emerging locations.

Radisson RED Resort Cebu Mactan, whose groundbreaking ceremony has already been held, marks a milestone in the Group’s expansion in Cebu and the growth of its lifestyle portfolio across the country. The Group has further expanded its resort portfolio with the recent signing and opening of LIME Resort Bohol, a member of Radisson Individuals Premier, marking the Group’s first Radisson Individuals Premier property in Southeast Asia-Pacific.

The Group will launch its first Radisson RED hotel in the Philippines, with Radisson RED Cebu Mandaue set to open in early 2026. As a bold lifestyle brand, Radisson RED offers a playful, design-focused approach to hospitality, combining modern social spaces, local touches, and tech-driven convenience for travelers, whether for business or leisure.

Looking ahead, Radisson Hotel Group stays committed to disciplined expansion by selecting the appropriate brand and format mix across gateways, city centers, and promising secondary locations.
