Manila Prince Hotel Introduces a New Dining Experience at Marcelino Café

Manila Prince Hotel proudly announces an exciting evolution for Marcelino Café as it shifts to a comprehensive à la carte dining concept starting July 1, 2026. This transformation heralds a more intimate and engaging dining experience, allowing guests to select from an extensive array of meticulously crafted dishes. Each meal is prepared freshly to order by skilled chefs, ensuring optimal flavor and quality. The restaurant’s ambiance is complemented by the hotel’s renowned warmth and genuine hospitality, creating a welcoming environment where guests can enjoy a personalized culinary journey tailored to their preferences.

The transition demonstrates Manila Prince Hotel’s dedication to aligning with modern dining trends while upholding the quality, value, and comfort guests associate with Marcelino Café.

Open daily from 11:00 am to 9:30 pm, the new à la carte menu offers a variety of comforting Filipino favorites and international dishes. Guests can enjoy hearty options like Beef Kare-Kare, Sinigang na Salmon sa Miso, Chicken Satay Skewers, and Paksiw Bangus Belly, along with pasta choices such as Seafood Penne Pasta and Tinapa Penne Carbonara. For lighter fare, there are snacks like the Clubhouse Sandwich and Reuben Sandwich, while desserts like Lava Cake, Apple Crumble, and Mango Cheesecake provide a sweet ending.

Marcelino Café still offers its popular breakfast buffet daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 am, alongside the new à la carte options for lunch and dinner. This breakfast buffet is complimentary for in-house guests as part of their room package and is also available to walk-in guests at a special rate of Php 688 net per person.
