Applications are now open for the ITB Buyers Circle 2026, offering 1,300 senior tourism buyers exclusive access, privileges, and insights at the World’s Leading Travel Trade Show in Berlin.

ITB Berlin has officially opened applications for its prestigious Buyers Circle 2026, offering top global tourism buyers a gateway to exclusive networking opportunities, business privileges, and strategic insights. The event will take place from 3 to 5 March 2026, marking the 60th anniversary of ITB Berlin.

Every year, ITB Berlin selects 1,300 senior-level buyers from across the travel, MICE, business travel, and technology sectors to join this invitation-only network. The ITB Buyers Circle is designed to foster collaboration, accelerate deals, and provide access to global industry innovations, strengthening ITB’s position as the central meeting point for international tourism decision-makers.

Under the slogan “Exclusivity for your business”, the 2026 Buyers Circle highlights ITB Berlin’s commitment to quality, diversity, and strategic partnerships across continents.

“The ITB Buyers Circle stands for quality, trust and international diversity,” said Gianna Nemitz, Senior Product Manager at ITB Berlin, who oversees the initiative. “Even beyond the Buyers Circle, ITB attracts leading decision-makers who use the trade show as the main platform for purchasing decisions and business discussions. It underscores ITB Berlin’s role as the main platform for international dialogue, innovation and doing business.”

A global network of tourism leaders

The ITB Buyers Circle represents an extraordinary mix of international buyers, with approximately 35% from Germany and 65% from abroad, spanning over 20 countries, including the UK, Netherlands, Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland, China, Sweden, and the USA. Members are selected based on strict criteria to ensure diversity across market segments and alignment with the exhibitor base, resulting in a global community that drives tourism trends, cooperation, and investment.

Exclusive access and privileges

Members of the ITB Buyers Circle enjoy premium access to the Buyers Circle Lounge at the Palais am Funkturm, an exclusive area designed for productive meetings, networking, and relaxation. Amenities include modern workspaces, high-speed Wi-Fi, refreshments, and early entry to the exhibition grounds. A fast-lane entrance ensures seamless access to both ITB Berlin and the ITB Berlin Convention.
