Bringing more than three decades of hospitality experience, Glen Williams joins Hotel Hartness with 33 years in hotel operations, openings, sales, revenue management, and team leadership across major national brands including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and Embassy Suites. Throughout his career, he has opened and operated high-performing properties across the Southeast, earning multiple industry accolades and leading several hotels to rank in the top 10% nationally for guest service. Known for his ability to execute operational excellence, Glen Williams most recently served as Director of Hotel Operations for Quality Oil Company, overseeing eight Hilton-branded hotels. In this role, he was responsible for portfolio-wide performance, brand compliance, and service delivery, managing diverse teams and complex operations. Prior to that, he served as the opening General Manager for both the Embassy Suites Greenville Downtown and the Courtyard by Marriott Greenville Downtown, where he led pre-opening strategy, staffing, sales efforts, and day-to-day operations, building properties that quickly gained strong market positioning.
