Europe Congress concludes first Events Club Life Sciences Forum in Madrid with great success
Europe Congress successfully hosted the inaugural Events Club Life Sciences Forum in Madrid, bringing together leading pharma, biotech, and medical event planners with MICE suppliers for three days of productive networking and collaboration.
MADRID, SPAIN – Europe Congress has announced the successful completion of the first-ever Events Club Life Sciences Forum, which took place from 2–4 November 2025 at the Meliá Castilla hotel in Madrid. The exclusive B2B event gathered leading life sciences event planners from the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical devices sectors together with MICE suppliers from across Europe and beyond for three days of strategic networking, meetings, and collaboration.
Organised in partnership with the Madrid Convention Bureau, the event was designed as an invitation-only forum to foster meaningful business connections in the rapidly growing life sciences meetings segment. Over 2.5 days, participants took part in prescheduled one-to-one meetings, panel discussions led by industry experts, and immersive networking activities showcasing Madrid’s vibrant hospitality and culture.

Madrid welcomes innovation and collaboration
“It is an honour for the city of Madrid to host this first edition of the Events Club Life Sciences Forum,” said David Noack, Director of the Madrid Convention Bureau. “Our city, which has a significant infrastructure in the health sector, is the ideal meeting point for those who promote innovation and collaboration in this sector. With modern infrastructure, an unrivalled cultural offering and a spirit that is open to the world, Madrid provides the perfect setting for professionals in the meetings industry to share experiences, knowledge and new ideas.”
Attendees also enjoyed a curated programme of social and cultural experiences organised by Nolam Events, including a guided city tour of Madrid’s landmarks, a bicycle tour of local markets and cultural sites, a vermouth tasting and cocktail-making workshop, and an art and wine blending experience. These activities provided a deeper connection to Madrid’s character and demonstrated why the Spanish capital continues to be one of Europe’s leading destinations for MICE events.

Following the success of the Madrid edition, the next Events Club Life Sciences Forum will take place in Düsseldorf, Germany, from 7–9 June 2026, with registration now open.
