FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. – Dream Vacations and CruiseOne opened their 2025 National Conference at the Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Marina, setting the tone for a week dedicated to business growth, learning and advisor empowerment. Under the theme THRIVE, this year’s edition combines both land and sea, with attendees set to continue the conference onboard the Star Princess for a five-day Caribbean sailing to Amber Cove, Grand Turk and Turks and Caicos.
Drew Daly, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Dream Vacations and CruiseOne, welcomed participants with an energising address focused on motivation, innovation and community.
“We’re thrilled to bring this year’s National Conference to life in a way that blends land and sea,” said Daly. “Our goal is to create an immersive experience that both inspires and empowers our network – giving them real strategies they can take home to grow their business. It’s going to be a week filled with learning, connection, and giving back – and I can’t wait to celebrate it together.”
Across four general sessions, franchisees will be briefed on new tech-driven solutions designed to streamline workflows and support sales growth, including advancements in MarTech, AI-powered tools and enhanced training resources. The programme also includes insights from industry leaders on evolving travel trends and opportunities for advisors. Michelle Sutter, Vice President of Culture and Organisational Development at Fanatic, will deliver the keynote before the event transitions to the Star Princess.

More than 1,000 travel advisors are attending the 2025 conference, which features workshops, expert-led panels, themed events, a travel trade show, C-Suite presentations, cruise line executive discussions, networking sessions and peer-to-peer meetups, including dedicated groups for military veterans and new-to-travel advisors.
This year’s programme includes 22 live workshops and 30 virtual sessions, designed to support advisors at every business stage. Highlights include:

- Closing the Deal: Expertise in Land Promotion and Marketing
- How to Become a Million Dollar Agent
- Using Meta Business Suite and AI Tools Effectively
Charitable giving remains a core element of the National Conference experience. Attendees will take part in Make-A-Wish fundraising activities, including a silent auction and a high-energy dance-off. Dream Vacations, CruiseOne and parent company World Travel Holdings have supported Make-A-Wish for 14 years, contributing more than $2 million to date.
